2. What amenities are included in the rental?

The rental includes access to our cozy living room and bar lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a versatile billiards room that can transform into a dining or conference area, high-speed Wi-Fi, AV equipment, and basic event furniture such as tables and chairs.

3. Can we bring our own food and beverages?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Our fully loaded kitchen is available for your use. If you prefer, we can also recommend local catering services.

4. Is parking available?

Yes, there is ample parking available nearby as well as a private lot. We are conveniently located steps away from Courthouse Square, making it easy for your guests to find parking.

5. How do I reserve a date for my event?

To reserve a date, please contact us through our website, email, or phone. A deposit is required to secure your booking. We recommend booking well in advance to ensure your preferred date is available.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made  72 hours before the event will be fully refunded. Cancellations under 72 hours before the day of your event will forfeit the deposit. We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.

7. Can I tour the venue before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour of The Downtown Getaway to see the space in person and discuss event details with our team.
